Monday, 10:00 p.m. &

A male juvenile drove over the dead end of Ivy Ln an over the ravine at high speeds, totaling the vehicle. A passerby reported the vehicle on Tuesday. The driver was located and cited for careless driving. The vehicle was towed. Investigation is closed.

Tuesday, 11:56 a.m. &

A subject was arrested for shoplifting after placing an Odwalla Bar in his backpack at Market of Choice and attempted leave without paying for the item.

Tuesday, 3:19 p.m. &

An employee of Premier West Bank reported receiving a $100 counterfeit bill in a deposit.

Tuesday, 5:10 p.m. &

Officers responded to Market of Choice for a shoplift case. After investigation, I found the suspect placed a brush in her purse and walked out the store making no effort to pay for the item. I cited to appear at the Ashland Municipal Court.

Tuesday, 5:24 p.m. &

An unknown driver of a Federal Express delivery truck a telephone box and damaged the cover.

Tuesday, 9:49 p.m. &

Police responded to a moving vehicle collision on Siskiyou Blvd at Blackberry Ln. Driver

2 was driving west on Siskiyou Blvd. When she missed the driveway to her apartments. D2 pulled off the roadway just before Blackberry Ln. and proceeded to attempt a u-turn. D2 pulled back into the roadway and directly into the path of travel of Driver

1 causing D1 to collide into the driver's side of D2. Both vehicles were towed and police cited D2 for failure of driver entering roadway to yield.

Wednesday, 12:51 p.m. &

Officers responded to view vandalism at Bug-A-Boo, of Ashland. The business, just like the three up the street (Eye Care Associates of Southern Oregon, Nimbus, The Rocky Mt. Chocolate Factory.) had been sliced in two places on their awning. The cuts were 6 inches and 12 inches in length. This was the 4th case in this neighborhood that morning. The damage was photographed.

Wednesday 1:57 p.m. &

Police were called out to interview a citizen who had her vehicle entered sometime during the night, while it was parked at Knight's Inn Motel. The victim was missing her duffle bag and some personal items.

Wednesday, 2:31 p.m. &

A juvenile was cited for being a minor in possession by consumption in the Plaza.

Wednesday, — p.m. &

A male juvenile shoplifted from Safeway. He was cited and released to appear in Juvenile Court.

Wednesday, 3:36 p.m. &

Police took a white male adult into protective custody after it was determined that he was too intoxicated to care for himself in the Plaza.

Wednesday, 5 p.m. &

An unknown male stole an undetermined amount of cash from the cash register at Wendy's.
