Thursday, 11:53 p.m. &

A male juvenile and his mother had a physical altercation, which resulted in the mother having visible physical injuries. The juvenile was placed into custody and transported to the Juvenile Detention where he was lodged.

Friday, 12:56 a.m. &

The Oregon Department of Human Services requested assistance from the Ashland Police department in investigating a report of a juvenile female. The case is under investigation.

Friday, 7:45 a.m. &

Jackson county sheriff's office notified a woman that her Subaru Forester had been recovered near Mount Ashland Ski Road. After confirming that the vehicle had been stolen, a report was generated.

Friday, 8:30 a.m. &

A man reported that someone had thrown a rock through a window of his Jeep Cherokee while it was parked in his driveway. It appeared as if the suspect might have also attempted to gain entry into his occupied residence via a side window.

Friday, 11:09 a.m. &

A woman reported damage to the Siskiyou Aikikai building, of which she is a property manager. The damage to be related to criminal mischief or an attempted burglary.

Friday, 12:12 p.m. &

Officers were dispatched to a non-injury moving vehicle collision on Lithia Way and East Main Street. After completing the accident investigation the driver of the truck agreed to perform a sobriety test. The man failed the test and was arrested for DUII; his blood alcohol concentration was .21 percent.

Friday, 4 p.m. &

Police responded to a theft of a bicycle on the 90 block of Alida Street.

Friday, 9:32 p.m. &

A man was stopped for a traffic violation. He was arrested for DUII and driving whiles suspended. He refused to submit to a breath test. He was cited and released to a sober adult.

Saturday, 12:13 a.m. &

A driver was stopped for several traffic violations on East Main Street near Pioneer Street. The driver showed signs of impairment and consented to a field sobriety test. The driver showed marked impairment and he was placed under arrest for DUII &

alcohol. A breath sample provided at the Ashland Police department showed his blood alcohol concentration to be .18 percent. The driver was issued citations to appear in court and was transported to the detox center in Medford.

Saturday, 1:55 a.m. &

An Ashland Police officers conducted a drug influence evaluation for a Medford police department officer at the 300 block of North Main Street in Medford.

Saturday, 9:16 a.m. &

A man reported that a blue Honda had rolled into his vehicle. Police contacted the owner of the blue Honda; he said he had parked his vehicle in his driveway across the street. However, he forgot to set the parking break. It rolled directly across the street and came to rest on the white Honda that was parked in a neighbor's driveway. There was no damage to the blue Honda and the white Honda suffered rear end damage. Both owners exchanged information. No citations issued.

A report was taken to document damage to a City of Ashland vehicle.
