Friday, 11:07 p.m. &

Ashland Fire and Rescue transported a female adult to the Rogue Valley Medical Center, for a mental health evaluation. There she was placed on a Police Officer's hold for a mental health evaluation.

Friday, 12:21 p.m. &

A woman was transported to RVMC for a mental health evaluation after it was determined that she was a danger to herself and others.

Friday, 4:15 p.m. &

Sometime between 10:30 p.m. and 12 a.m. Thursday, a woman's purse was stolen from Alex's Restaurant Bar.

Saturday, 2:15 a.m. &

A man was driving a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. He was arrested for DUII. He refused to submit to a breath test. He was cited and released to a sober adult.

Saturday, 3:44 a.m. &

A male who was too intoxicated to care for himself was transported to Ashland Community Hospital via Ambulance.

Saturday, 8:01 a.m. &

A man was driving a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation. He was found to have a suspended license. He was cited to appear in Ashland Municipal Court. The vehicle was impounded.

Saturday, 11 a.m. &

A resident of the 200 block of Palm Avenue reported the theft of an Alpine snowboard from their front porch. The snowboard was valued at $600.

Saturday, 2:51 p.m. &

A group of individuals contacted police while on foot patrol at 130 Will Dodge Way with regards to an intoxicated individual. The male was intoxicated and could not care for himself and was taken into custody. He was then transported to Jackson County Detox and released into their custody.

Saturday, 10:15 p.m. &

A juvenile was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Saturday, 4:07 p.m. &

A man reported that someone had stolen two speakers and a sound head that he had stored at Alex's Restaurant.

Saturday, 6 p.m. &

A man reported his wallet stolen from his residence. The case is under investigation.

Saturday, 9:30 p.m. &

Police responded to the 400 block of North Mountain Avenue for a theft report. The victim reported that someone had taken a pair of Salmon ski boots and an ipod from his unlocked vehicle. The cost of the stolen items was listed at $550.

Sunday, 12:12 a.m. &

A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct II. She was transported and lodged at the Jackson County Jail without incident.

Sunday, 12:50 a.m. &

Officers saw a male, walking down the sidewalk on Oak Street near A Street with an open container of alcohol. Police contacted the man how had attempted to hide the beer in his jacket pocket. The man's friend stopped with him. They both had bloodshot watery eyes and slurred speech. They both admitted to drinking alcohol. They were cited for minor in possession of alcohol.

Sunday 1:19 a.m. &

A man was arrested for assault II, physical harassment, two counts of burglary I, two counts of criminal trespass I, three counts of criminal mischief II, and resisting arrest. The man broke into two separate apartments and assaulted one of the occupants of the apartment causing a fractured cheekbone. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Sunday, 3:42 p.m. &

Police responded to North Main near Jackson Road for a motor vehicle crash with property damage. Officers arrived on the scene and found a passenger car had slid off the snow-covered road into a ditch. The car was partially blocking the right lane and caused a traffic hazard. The driver had left the scene and did not return. Police requested a tow and impounded the vehicle as a traffic hazard.

Sunday, 3:59 p.m. &

A hit and run incident was reported at the intersection of Strawberry Lane and Granite Street. A vehicle hit the guardrail across from Strawberry Lane. It appeared the vehicle could not stop due to show on the ground. The driver failed to perform the duties of a driver by leaving the scene.

Sunday, 4:25 p.m. &

A motor vehicle collision occurred in the parking lot at 1448 Ashland Street. No injuries were sustained. The estimated damage to one of the vehicle exceeded $1,500.

Sunday, 11:55 p.m. &

Police responded to the Beau Club to the report of a male refusing to leave who had been previously trespassed. When officers arrived the man admitted that he knew he was not allowed to be inside the bar. He was arrested for criminal trespass II and transported to Jackson County Jail where he was lodged.
