Monday, 11:25 a.m. &

A woman reported fraudulent use of her business's credit card by someone she knows, the case is under investigation.

Monday, 2:10 p.m. &

A man said his purple GT mountain bike had been stolen from the front of his apartment. The man believes he may know who stole it. The bike has a distinctive dent and yellow paint transfer on the front right tire support.

Monday, 5:45 p.m. &

A juvenile female reported that someone vandalized a vehicle owned by her mother. The criminal mischief occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday.

Tuesday, 10:12 a.m. - Someone was taken into protective custody and transported to the Psychiatric care unit at RVMC after it was determined that they were a danger to themselves.

Tuesday, 11:15 a.m. &

A man that is a transient was arrested on the strength of a warrant out of Worcester County, Maryland. He was also cited for prohibited camping through the Ashland Municipal Court. The case is cleared.

Tuesday, 4:33 p.m. &

A man reported that a juvenile male spit on his vehicle.

Tuesday, 5:20 p.m. &

An adult male reported that someone entered his dorm room in the Greensprings and stole his laptop. The case is under investigation.

Tuesday, 8:50 p.m. &

Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle had no valid drivers license and there was less than one ounce of marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was cited for driving without privileges and possession less than an ounce of marijuana.

Tuesday, 10:17 p.m. &

Officers responded to the report of a loud party on the 400 block of Liberty Street. After police arrived they determined that the noise was unnecessary. Both residents were cited for unnecessary noise.
