A man was arrested for reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol. He refused to submit to a breath test. He was cited and released to a sober adult.

A man said that someone entered his locked room and took his Xbox 360 and 1,000 rounds of 9mm ammunition. There are eight other roommates living at this residence, who have yet to be interviewed. The case is under investigation.

A male juvenile was cited for not wearing a helmet while skateboarding in the skate park.

Police were dispatched to the Grange Co-op. The assistant manager said that someone took about 12 gallons of fuel from a truck belonging to the business. He said that they also attempted to smash the passenger side window, causing deep scratches to the paint near the window.

An SOU Campus Safety officer reported vandalism to a City of Ashland electric utility box located in the SOU parking lot on the corner of Wightman and Webster streets.

A woman said that someone struck her vehicle causing damage to the driver side door.

A woman reported that another vehicle bumped into the back of her vehicle while it was parked on Third and B street. The owner of the vehicle was described as an elderly female and never attempted to make contact with the other driver. The case is under investigation.

A citizen reported that a vehicle had run off the road in the 600 block of Terrace Street. The vehicle was in a precarious position and was posing a hazard to the home below. A message was left for the owner and the vehicle was towed.

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was refused entrance to Tabu because he was too intoxicated. He began engaging in tumultuous behavior when he threatened the doorman and kicked over a table on the sidewalk outside the business.

Police responded to a complaint in the area of Henry and Beach streets. Upon further investigation, three minors were cited for minor in possession and two for allowing minors to consume alcohol.

A man was placed under arrest after he engaged in violent behavior and physically harassed another inside the Oak Tree Bar and Grill. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and lodged at Jackson County Jail. The victim refused to cooperate for harassment charges.

A driver was stopped for a traffic violation. The woman's driving privileges were found to have been suspended. She was cited and her vehicle was impounded.

Ashland police responded to an injury motor vehicle collision involving a bicyclist, at the intersection of Bellview Street and Siskiyou Boulevard. The case is under investigation.
