A man was cited and released for carrying a concealed weapon.

Sunday, 5:08 p.m. &

Officers received a report that a juvenile had run away from the Lithia Springs boys home.

Sunday, 2:21 p.m. &

Police responded to a fight in front of U.S. Bank. The fight was verbal only and the parties were separated. One of the witnesses had a warrant for failure to appear on a possession of marijuana charge. He was cited to appear in municipal court and released.

Sunday, 2:31 a.m. &

A male adult was taken into protective custody and transported to detox.

Sunday, 2:10 a.m. &

An assault was reported outside the Kat Wok. A man was transported to Ashland Community Hospital with an injury to his left knee. The case is under investigation.

Sunday, 12:39 a.m. &

A 25-year-old male was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was taken into protective custody and transported to detox.

Saturday, 10:44 p.m. &

Ashland Police assisted the Oregon Liquor Control Commission with an underage drinking party in the 1600 block of Parker Street. The OLCC cited 22 minors for underage drinking, one person for providing a place for minors to consume and one person for furnishing alcohol to minors.

Saturday, 9:15 p.m. A resident of the 300 block of Garfield Street reported an unknown person looking into her rear bedroom window.

Saturday, 8:31 p.m. &

A juvenile male was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and released into the custody of his mother.

Saturday, 7:05 p.m. &

Phoenix Protective Corp. officers reported having a juvenile female in custody for shoplifting from Safeway. The juvenile was released to her mother on a charge of theft and the case was forwarded to JDH.

Saturday, 1:45 p.m. &

A man was arrested for criminal trespass after he unlawfully entered and remained in Shop N Kart. He was cited to appear in Ashland municipal court and released.

Saturday, 1:06 p.m. &

A woman reported that on March 14 she lost her checkbook at Market of Choice. She closed the account the same day. Sterling Bank recently started receiving bad checks that have been written using the lost checks. Case is under investigation.

Saturday, — p.m. &

A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was found to have an expired driver's license out of Colorado. The driver was cited for driving without privileges and the vehicle was impounded.

Friday, 5:44 p.m. &

A resident of the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard reported that between Wednesday and Friday, someone entered his apartment and took an X Box 360 and a Wii.

Friday, 5:44 p.m. &

Another resident of the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard reported that someone had entered his apartment and took a Sony Digital camera.
