Thursday, 11:39 a.m. &

A man was arrested on an outstanding municipal court warrant charging failure to appear on a false report citation. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Thursday, 2:35 a.m. &

A driver was stopped for traffic violations. His driving status was suspended in Oregon and he didn't have any liability insurance. His vehicle was towed.

Friday, 11:58 a.m. &

Police responded to the report of two shoplifters in custody at the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Two females had taken several items without attempting to pay for them. They were cited and released on charges of theft III to appear in Ashland Municipal court.

Friday, 12:56 p.m. &

Officers were handed three bikes that were brought to the station, by a citizen who found them on and near her property at East Main Street and Wightman Street.

Friday, 2:23 p.m. &

Police stopped three juveniles for skateboarding with no helmets on Siskiyou Boulevard near Garfield Street.

Friday, 2:40 p.m. &

Someone brought in a mountain bike to the Ashland Police Department, stating it had been left behind her residence. The bicycle was entered into property.

Friday, 4:15 p.m. &

A woman said that someone took $100 that she had forgotten on the checkstand at Albertson's. This case is currently under investigation.

Friday, 10:30 p.m. &

A man reported a burglary on the 500 block of Fairview Street.

Saturday , 12:23 a.m. &

A woman was driving a vehicle that was stopped for traffic violations. She was arrested for DUII. She was cited and released.

Saturday, 10:45 a.m. &

Police assisted with transport of an adult male to the psychiatric care unit at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Saturday, 2:41 p.m. &

Burglary at the Ashland Recycling Center.

Saturday, 4:24 p.m. &

Officers viewed graffiti on an electrical box at the corner of Ashland Street and Walker Avenue.

Saturday, 5:36 p.m. &

Police received a small brown leather purse from Ashland parks department, which was found in Lithia Park. The purse contained several personal grooming items and a small amount of marijuana, which was destroyed.

Sunday, 9:26 a.m. &

A driver was making a turn onto Hillview Drive from Siskiyou Boulevard and rear-ended a parked vehicle. The driver was cited for careless driving.

Sunday, 12:22 p.m. &

Ashland police received a request to assist from Siskiyou County sheriff's office in interviewing a victim of a domestic assault.

Sunday, 3:25 p.m. &

A man said a vehicle struck his pickup truck between 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. Sunday. The driver failed to perform the duties of a driver.

Sunday, 3:59 p.m. &

A man said that sometime within the last two days someone stole seven solar powered landscape light from his driveway.

Ashland Fire Rescue

Ashland Fire Rescue responded to 18 emergency call between 7 a.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. today: 14 general medical calls, 11 people transported to the hospital and two illegal open burns.
