Ashland Police Reports, December 4

Wednesday 12:25 p.m. — A male juvenile was caught stealing a bag of chips from Market of Choice. He was referred to the juvenile department on a charge of third degree theft.

Wednesday 5:27 p.m. — A 35-year-old man was arrested for third degree theft after he left Market of Choice without paying for a food item that he consumed inside the store.

Wednesday 6:07 p.m. — Police took a highly intoxicated woman into protective custody in the 200 block of Maple Street. She was transported to detox.

Thursday 3:34 a.m. — A 34-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were arrested for second degree trespassing after they were found at Suds ur Duds Laundromat in the 2300 block of Ashland Street after business hours.
