Police and fire reports Dec 24

Tuesday 10:59 a.m. — Police responded to Ashland Community Hospital where a known woman reported domestic assault and harassment in the 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Tuesday 1:16 p.m. — Police arrested a 34-year-old man for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass after he engaged in violent and tumultuous behavior and refused to leave the property of the Manor Motel in the 400 block of North Main Street. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.

Tuesday 3:16 p.m. — Police cited and released a 36-year-old man for shoplifting at Bi-Mart in the 2200 Block of Ashland Street.

Tuesday 5:04 p.m. — Police responded to a reported assault in the 200 block of Grandview Dr.

Tuesday 5:51 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Blvd. A known 41-year-old woman was jailed for assault in the fourth degree, harassment, criminal mischief in the second degree and interfering with a police report.

Tuesday 7:01 p.m. — Police cited a 45-year-old man for shoplifting at Market of Choice.

Wednesday 1:46 a.m. — Police responded to a noise complaint in the 200 block of West Hersey Street. Eight minors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol, one suspect was cited for providing a place for minors to drink, and one male was arrested and lodged in jail for misrepresentation of age, false information to police, interfering with police and resisting arrest. Another male is being investigated further for providing a place for minors to drink and furnishing alcohol to minors.

Tuesday 11:54 a.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the 2200 block of McCall Drive.

Tuesday 1:34 p.m. — AFR responded to a motor vehicle crash with no patient on southbound Interstate 5.

Tuesday 6:36 p.m. — AFR responded to an emergency medical services call in the 100 block of Talent Avenue.
