Friday, 1:46 a.m. — Officers investigated a suspicious incident of a person trespassing on a property in the 300 block of Garfield Street.
Friday, 1:56 a.m. — Two people were taken into protective custody because they were both too intoxicated to care for themselves. They were both transported to the Moore Center for detox in Medford.
Friday, 4:30 a.m. — On Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011 at 10:50 p.m. police conducted a drug recognition evaluation at the Ashland Police department. At the conclusion, officers found that the woman contacted on Dec. 14 was under the influence of marijuana and unable to operate a motor vehicle safely.
Friday, 5:49 a.m. — Police investigated a possession of marijuana case.
Friday, 7:53 a.m. — A woman reported that her vehicle had been entered and items were stolen sometime during the night on the 2600 block of Takelma Way.
Friday, 8:20 a.m. — Sometime between 10 p.m., Dec. 29 and 7:52 a.m., Dec. 30 someone entered a woman's vehicle and stole cash and a digital camera on the 2600 block of Takelma Way.
Friday, 12:37 p.m. — Someone reported that a person entered their open garage on the 400 block of Euclid Avenue and stole three bottles of wine from the garage.
Friday, 12:52 p.m. — Two men (tentatively identified) stole about $60 from the laundry soap/fabric softener dispenser at the East Main Laundromat.
Friday, 1:10 p.m. — A woman reported that someone had entered a friend's car that she was using and stole her friend's white gold necklace on the 300 block of High Street.
Friday, 3:35 p.m. — A citizen reported damage to the screen door of their residence on the 400 block of Chestnut Street.
Saturday, 3:35 a.m. — 28-year-old woman was arrested for two outstanding warrants. One warrant was for tampering with drug records and the other was for failure to appear on a possession of methamphetamine charge. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
Saturday, 12:28 p.m. — 22-year-old was arrested for assault in the fourth degree, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
Sunday, 1:04 a.m. — 29-year-old was arrested for disorderly conduct in the second degree. He was transported and lodged at Jackson County Jail.
Sunday, 1:30 a.m. — A woman was taken into protective custody due to alcohol intoxication.
