Police reports

Wednesday, 9:49 a.m. — A motorcyclist crashed into the back of a van stopped at the intersection for a turning vehicle, causing it to hit the car in front of it. A driver in each vehicle were treated for minor injuries. The motorcyclist was taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center to be treated for broken bones and was released.

Wednesday, 1:34 p.m. — 15-year-old boy was cited and released for third-degree theft after he was detained for shoplifting two bottles of cough medicine.

Wednesday, 2:42 p.m. — A yellow Jamis brand mountain bike was reported stolen on the 100 block of Oak Street.

Wednesday, 2 p.m. — A woman was reported as missing, on the 1300 block of Quincy Street.

Wednesday, 3:07 p.m. — Safeway loss prevention apprehended two juvenile shoplifters. The boys were released to a parent and will be referred to juvenile court.

Wednesday, 9:14 p.m. — 39-year-old man was arrested for driving while under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was also cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and refusal to submit to a breath test.

Thursday, 12:53 a.m. — 19-year-old man was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief. He was also cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

Wednesday, 8:48 a.m. — EMS call to the 800 block of East Pebble Beach Drive.

Wednesday, 9:18 a.m. — Invalid assist to the 600 block of Nepenthe Road.

Wednesday, 9:49 a.m. — Motor vehicle accident with injuries at Dead Indian Memorial Road and Highway 66.

Wednesday, 10:13 a.m. — EMS call to the 2700 block of Takelma Way.

Wednesday, 12:14 p.m. — EMS call to the 1000 block of Anderson Creek Road.

Wednesday, 12:32 p.m. — EMS call to the 200 block of Maple Street.

Wednesday, 2:19 p.m. — EMS call to the 200 block of Maple Street.

Wednesday, 6:33 p.m. — EMS call to the 500 block of North Main Street.

Wednesday, 9:14 p.m. — Motor vehicle crash on the 1200 block of Ashland Mine Road. No injuries.

Wednesday, 9:45 p.m. — EMS call to the 3200 block of Hyatt Prairie Road.
