Sunday, 10:47 a.m. — A man known to police vandalized city property by writing gibberish in wet cement in front of city hall.

Monday, 7:54 a.m. — 22-year-old was issued a citation for prohibited camping on the 200 block of Water Street.

Monday, 10:16 a.m. — 47-year-old man was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct on the 100 block of East Main Street.

Monday, 12:51 p.m. — Officers took a report of a stolen firearm.

Monday, 5:22 p.m. — 57-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass on North Main Street.

Monday, 6:51 p.m. — 22-year-old man was arrested for second-degree criminal trespass on Winburn Way.

Monday, 9 p.m. — Between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. someone entered a residence on the 500 block of Euclid Avenue and stole items from the home.
