Wednesday, 8:33 a.m. — 47-year-old man arrested on two counts of criminal trespass and was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday, 12:17 p.m. — 25-year-old man arrested on a third-degree theft charge at the Market of Choice. He was cited and released.

Wednesday, 2:55 p.m. — A woman reported that someone had fraudulently used her credit card information to make an online purchase.

Wednesday, 11:04 a.m. — 34-year-old man cited and released for first-degree criminal trespass and harassment.

Wednesday, 5:26 p.m. — Someone reported a person trespassing at a construction site on Clover Lane.

Wednesday, 4:03 p.m. — 34-year-old man cited for third-degree theft at Market of Choice after he left with sunglasses he had no intention of paying for.

Wednesday, 10:29 p.m. — 42-year-old man arrested after he was found to be intoxicated, a violation of his probation.

Wednesday, 8:35 p.m. — 30-year-old arrested for second-degree criminal trespass on the 400 block of Mountain Avenue.
