Wednesday, 1:29 p.m. — Ashland High School reported a student in possession of a controlled substance. The student was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and was released to a parent.
Wednesday — Police assisted Jackson County Parole and Probation with transporting a man to the jail for a probation violation.
Wednesday — A man was taken into protective custody and lodged at the Moore Center. He was cited and released on an Ashland municipal warrant and theft in the third degree.
Wednesday, 6:31 p.m. — A man shoplifted items from the Market of Choice. He was cited and released for theft in the third degree.
Wednesday — A woman was arrested after it was determined she had a warrant for her arrest charging failure to appear on a DUII charge out of Jackson County Circuit Court. She was lodged at Jackson County Jail.
Thursday — Police cited two adults for camping within the boundaries of a city park.
Thursday — Police investigated a liquor law violation at Seven Eleven, 1281 Siskiyou Blvd.
Thursday — Officers arrested a man on a felony parole violation warrant out of Lane County and cited and released him for giving false information to police. Another man with him was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant out of Multnomah County. Both men were lodged at Jackson County Jail.
Thursday — Police investigated a stalking complaint.
Thursday — Officers investigated a possession of a controlled substance case.
Thursday — Ashland police arrested a man on an Ashland Municipal Court Warrant. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
Thursday — Police arrested a man for criminal trespass in the second degree on the 2300 block of Ashland Street.
Thursday, 11:39 p.m. — Officers investigated a suspicious incident at Hunter Park.
Thursday — A man was served with an Oregon uniform stalking complaint.
Friday, 11:21 a.m. — A homeowner on Pine Street reported damage to a fence that was used to gain entry into his yard. Officers noted that evidence suggests the suspect then accessed a neighboring property on Granite Street via a gate adjoining the properties.
Friday — A man was cited and released on an arrest warrant charging failure to appear on a criminal trespass in the second degree charge.
Friday — Police located a marijuana pipe on the plaza. The pipe was taken and placed into property to control to be destroyed.
Friday, 3:59 p.m. — Officers were dispatched to Albertson's, 2301 Ashland Street to pick up several grams of marijuana.
Friday, 5 p.m. — A juvenile man was found trespassing at the Skateboard Park, 231 Water Street. He was cited and released charging criminal trespass in the second degree and his trespass from the park was extended through April of 2012.
Friday — Police confiscated a marijuana pipe from a group found behind the Ashland Recycle Center.
Friday — Officers confiscated a tobacco product from a juvenile on the plaza.
Friday, 11:30 p.m. — Three juveniles were issued citations for disorderly conduct. One juvenile was issued a citation for harassment.
Saturday, 12:06 a.m. — A man was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree and cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
Saturday — A man was arrested and lodged after he was found to have a warrant out of Lane County. He and another man with him were both cited for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Saturday — A man was arrested for theft in the third degree after he selected two candy items inside Seven Eleven and left without paying for them. He was also charged with criminal mischief in the third degree after he began intentionally spitting in the back seat of the police car.
Saturday — Police processed the confidential report of child abuse in the Ashland area.

Saturday — A man was cited for violating Ashland's leash law at 51 Water St.
