Tuesday — Police arrested a man for trespassing in the Ashland area. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Tuesday 2:45 p.m. — Police arrested a man for theft in the Ashland area. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Tuesday — Police arrested a man for possession of an open container of alcohol in the first block of Water Street.

Tuesday — Police cited five adults for prohibited use of park property after they were found on the roof of the Lithia Park public rest rooms in the first block of Winburn Way.

Wednesday 1:37 a.m. — Police arrested a man for use of another's driver's license and was cited for minor in possession of alcohol in the Ashland area.

Wednesday 3 a.m. — Police arrested a woman for improper use of 911 in the 300 block of Patterson Street.

Wednesday — Ashland police arrested a woman on a Medford warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of disorderly conduct. There is a pending drug investigation based on an unknown substance found in her possession.
