Police reports April 21

Monday 6:25 a.m. — Ashland Parks & Recreation found a green and yellow motorized Pocket Bike laying in the grass at Garfield Park. Police stored the bike in lost and found.

Monday 8:15 a.m. — Police impounded a man's vehicle on Walker Avenue after discovering that he had a suspended Arkansas license and no operating privileges in Oregon.

Monday 10:41 a.m. — A woman on Baum Street reported that an unknown person in Nigeria stole her identity to facilitate a real estate scam.

Monday 11:27 a.m. — Police transported a man on Crestview Drive to Rogue Valley Medical Center's Psychiatric Care Unit under a Mental Health Program Director's Hold.

Monday 3:52 p.m. — Police picked up a large bag of unclaimed lost and found property at Safeway, and notified all known property owners by mail.

Monday 4:24 p.m. — Police took a wallet found at Ashland Family Practice into lost and found, and notified the owner by mail.

Monday 6:25 p.m. — Police issued a citation for unnecessary noise on North main Street.

Monday 8:18 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old woman for driving under the influence of alcohol and hit-and-run on Central Avenue.

Tuesday 2:46 a.m. — Police cited a woman and impounded her vehicle for driving with a suspended license on North Main and Maple streets.
