Tuesday, 5:29 a.m. — A man was taken into protective custody and lodged at detox.
Tuesday, 9:36 a.m. — A woman reported that someone known to her had entered her unlocked car sometime during the night and rifled through the contents of her glove box and console, on the 200 block of High Street. The woman believes that nothing was stolen.
Tuesday, 9:37 a.m. — A man reported that his vehicle had been entered and the glove department gone through on the 300 block of Alta Avenue. He stated that nothing was taken.
Tuesday, 11:03 a.m. — A woman reported that someone had entered her vehicle sometime during the night and went through her glove box and center console. Numerous items were strewn about, but nothing taken. The woman's vehicle which was parked on the 200 block of High Street was not locked.
Tuesday, 1:13 p.m. — A man reported that sometime during the night someone had entered his unlocked vehicle on the 200 block of West Street and went through his glove compartment and center console. Nothing was taken.
Tuesday, 9:15 p.m. — Officers investigated suspicious circumstances in the downtown Ashland area. There was found to be no evidence of criminal activity.
