Wednesday, 12:51 a.m. — 41-year-old man was arrested on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree trespass, second-degree trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and offensive littering. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday, 1:03 a.m. — Police responded to a report of found property on the 2500 block of Ashland Street.

Wednesday, 5:54 a.m. — Police investigated a burglary to Radioshack on the 1600 block of Ashland Street.

Wednesday, 11:34 a.m. — A man reported that someone had attempted to burglarize his business on the 1700 block of Ashland Street.

Wednesday, 2 p.m. — 18-year-old man was detained for shoplifting at Safeway. He was cited and released for third-degree theft.

Wednesday, 2:21 p.m. — 32-year-old man was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, and two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon on the 500 block of Faith Avenue.

Thursday, 3:19 a.m. — 26-year-old man was cited after police investigated suspicious circumstances.

Thursday, 4:24 a.m. — Police investigated a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Clay Street.
