Police reports March 27

Thursday 8:53 a.m. — A man reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle and stole an ashtray full of cash and coins on Crestview Drive. Also reported stolen was the man's wedding band, which was also stored in the ashtray.

Thursday 9:51 p.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man on Will Dodge Way on a warrant for failing to appear in court on an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was transported to Jackson County Jail.

Thursday 11:16 p.m. — Police investigated a report of a suspicious man looking into apartment windows at the Park Street apartments. The man was described as a white male, 5'6" medium build, and wore a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white shoes. The suspect fled the area when confronted by a resident.

Friday 12:33 a.m. — Police assisted Ashland Fire & Rescue after receiving a report of a woman found in the roadway on Park Ridge Place and Starflower Lane. Police assisted in identifying the female, who was taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center for head injury.
