Friday, 2:17 a.m. — 20-year-old man was arrested on charges of providing false information to a police officer, resisting arrest and multiple valid warrants. A 24-year-old man was also arrested on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest on the 2300 block of Ashland Street.

Friday, 10:06 a.m. — Officers responded to an animal problem on Fork and Vista Streets.

Friday, 12:07 p.m. — Police assisted an outside agency.

Friday, 1:57 p.m. — 45-year-old man was cited and released on a charge of offensive littering on Gresham and East Main streets after dumping several ounces of gasoline on the ground at the base of a tree.

Friday, 3:49 p.m. — A found bicycle was reported on the 400 block of Clay Street.

Friday, 4:30 p.m. — Police received a report of a stolen purse from a vehicle on the 300 block of Walker Avenue.

Friday, 5:09 p.m. — A juvenile was cited for unlawful possession of less than one ounce of marijuana on South Pioneer Street.

Friday, 7:05 p.m. — 48-year-old man was arrested on a charge of second-degree criminal trespass on the 100 block of East Main Street.

Friday, 7:45 p.m. — Officers took the report of three runaway juveniles from the 800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Saturday, 12:01 a.m. — 30-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicants after he was found to be too impaired to safely operate a motor vehicle on Crowson Road and Benson Way.

Saturday, 7:21 a.m. — Someone put superglue in a door knob at the Ashland Co-op and left a note reading, "stop killing flies." This is the second time this has happened in the last week.

Saturday, 8:36 a.m. — 23-year-old man, 18-year-old man and 23-year-old man were arrested on a charge of first-degree trespass after they were found camping on railroad property, next to the railroad tracks near A Street.

Saturday, 6:56 p.m. — 57-year-old man was arrested on a valid felony warrant, and for second-degree disorderly conduct in the downtown area.

Saturday, 8:37 p.m. — 23-year-old man was arrested in the plaza, on charges of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after hitting a man with his skateboard numerous times causing public alarm.

Saturday, 9:02 p.m. — A man was taken into protective custody on the 200 block of Oak Street.

Sunday, 1:44 a.m. — 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol on Wightman Street and Siskiyou Boulevard.

Sunday, 3:11 a.m. — 57-year-old man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol on Lithia Way and North Pioneer Street.

Sunday, 9:33 a.m. — 55-year-old man was arrested and lodged in jail on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a disorderly conduct charge.

Sunday, 3:34 p.m. —Two dogs were fighting at the entrance of Lithia Park. One of the owners attempted to break up the fight and was bitten by the dogs. The dogs were taken by Jackson County Animal Control for quarantine. There were no criminal charges.

Sunday, 8:32 p.m. — 29-year-old man was arrested on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on North Main Street.
