ProTool holds monthly events

Every month, Professional Tool holds an event for its employees. At the beginning of the year, each department draws a specific month and that department is then responsible for putting on some fun event that month.

"I want Professional Tool to be a fun place to work," Professional Tool President Hank O'Dougherty said.

So far this year, the marketing team has put on a Super Bowl Tailgate Party in January, the order entry department held a Heart Smart Luncheon in February, the assembly team hosted an Irish potato feed including bowling with cabbage celebrating S. Patrick's Day in March and production hosted an Easter Egg hunt on site in April.

For the month of May the Pro Tools sales team turned their lunchroom into Pro Tunes Bar and Grill. Local band Groove De Ville was hired and entertained the company for one hour in the afternoon. Food was served up along with some games at the Twisted Flute Casino in the back.

Each department has the same budget and there will be a vote at year's end on the favorites.
