The Evergreen Viennese Orchestra is a 25-member professional orchestra assembled by Bruce Dresser. Most of the musicians are members of the Rogue Valley Symphony. Steve Martinich, the conductor, has been assistant conductor for the Rogue Valley Symphony's Night in Vienna fundraiser (he conducted several of the pieces so the the conductor, Art Shaw, could dance). The orchestra will play mostly traditional Strauss waltzes and polkas with a few surprises.

There will also be recorded dance music during intermission and after the orchestra by DJ John Ourant.

The Evergreen Ballroom's intermediate and advance Waltz Formation teams will present during intermission. There is also general ballroom dancing after the orchestra.
