See more than 20 hands-on tinkering stations from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 21-22, at ScienceWorks Hands-On Museum, 1500 E. Main St. Parents and children can dismantle and fix small appliances, build sculptures from odds and ends, take automobiles apart, create tree sculptures from copper wire and LED lights and more. There also will be live music by Compos Mentis and Sweet Malloy, a performance by Dancing People Company and films about tinkering on Saturday evening and presentations by artists and inventors on Sunday.
