We Shall Remain

WE SHALL REMAIN is a groundbreaking mini-series and provocative multimedia project that establishes Native history as an essential part of American history.

Five 90-minute documentaries spanning three hundred years tell the story of pivotal moments in U.S. history from the Native American perspective. WE SHALL REMAIN will premiere on Southern Oregon Public Television, Monday evenings at 9 p.m. beginning April 13.

A nationwide community outreach campaign is engaging Native communities and organizations. Southern Oregonians will have the opportunity to have an advance look at WE SHALL REMAIN that combines a sneak preview of the documentary films with a behind-the-scenes look at the production and the series.

Ashland — Sunday, April 12 at 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Southern Oregon University Hannon Library.

Southern Oregon Public Television (SOPTV) community partners include: SOU Hannon Library, SOU Native American Acadamic Programs, Josephine County Library, Klamath Tribes of Oregon and the Red Earth Descendants.
