Police reports May 15

Thursday 8:38 a.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man for trespassing on South Pioneer Street.

Thursday 3:04 p.m. — Police arrested a 23-year-old man on two Jackson County warrants and violating a restraining order on North Pioneer and East Main streets. The man's 20-year-old friend was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Thursday 3:29 p.m. — A woman reported her gray 2005 Subaru Baja was stolen from the Safeway parking lot on Siskiyou Boulevard. The vehicle has a black cover over the bed and has Oregon license plate number 361 BML.

Thursday 5:53 p.m. — Police arrested a 38-year-old woman for assault, harassment and disorderly conduct on Liberty Street. Police received a report that the woman went to her ex-boyfriend's house, had a verbal and physical altercation in his front yard that injured him.

Thursday 6:09 p.m. — A man physically assaulted his girlfriend at his residence on North Main Street. After a brief standoff at his residence, the man refused to exit his house. An arrest warrant is pending for the man, and the case is open pending apprehension of the man.

Thursday 7:31 p.m. — Police received a report of a missing and possibly suicidal woman on North First Street.

Thursday 9:39 p.m. — An unknown man grabbed a woman while she was walking down the sidewalk and started pulling her toward an apartment complex on Lincoln and East Main streets. The woman was able to pull free and run away. The suspect was not located and there are no further leads at this time.

Friday 1:27 a.m. — Police arrested a 19-year-old man for driving under the influence of intoxicants during a traffic stop on A and North Second streets. He was cited and released to a sober adult.

Friday 4:20 a.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old man for vandalism.
