Police reports May 19

Monday 10:58 a.m. — Police investigated a report of theft of bicycle parts on Quincy Street. There are currently no suspects or leads.

Monday 1:48 p.m. — Police impounded a vehicle during a traffic stop for failing to obey a traffic control device on Henry and Beach streets.

Monday 2:24 p.m. — A counterfeit $20 bill was turned into APD.

Monday 2:43 p.m. — A man reported that unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence on South Pioneer Street and stole several items.

Monday 4:41 p.m. — Police cited a skater for prohibited skateboarding on East Main and Gresham streets and confiscated the skateboard.

Monday 6:13 p.m. — Police arrested a 39-year-old man for two counts of child neglect after he left his 3-year-old and 7-year-old daughters in the car unattended for approximately half an hour with the windows up on Ashland Street. He was cited and released.

Monday 5:25 p.m. — Police investigated a domestic assault on Wightman and Iowa streets.

Tuesday 12:12 a.m. — Police found a man too intoxicated to care for himself on Walker Avenue and Siskiyou Boulevard and transported him to detox.

Tuesday 1:52 a.m. — Police cited a 20-year-old man with minor in possession of alcohol on South First and Hargedine streets.
