A new restaurant, BZ's Last Stand & Hacienda, will open sometime this weekend or next week at 18 Calle Guanajuato Way, where Pilaf was located before it closed last November. Gavin Kleiman and Deborah Stamper, both physical therapists, have opened a new practice at 2205 Ashland St, suite 204. Kleiman & Stamper Physical Therapy combines alternative therapies, such as yoga and meditation, with traditional physical therapy techniques, Kleiman said. He and Stamper worked at Ashland Community Hospital before the hospital closed its outpatient physical therapy unit earlier this year.
