Ashland police reports, Nov. 7-8

Wednesday, 12:26 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a man for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of Ohio Street.

Wednesday, 9:51 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a man on charges of attempting to elude a police officer (felony), attempting to elude a police officer (misdemeanor) and reckless driving at the corner of Talent Avenue and Arnos Street. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail.

Wednesday, 11:38 a.m. – Ashland police took a report of the theft of a necklace in the 100 block of North Pioneer Street.

Wednesday, 2:32 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of the theft of a WWII era propeller and a WWII era Japanese rifle in the 300 block of Kearney Street.

Wednesday, 5:29 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of the theft of a vehicle from the Shell gas station in the 2300 block of Ashland Street.

Wednesday, 7:08 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of a stolen vehicle from Ashland fire station 1.

Wednesday, 10:25 p.m. – Ashland police took a report of mail theft in the 300 block of Terrace Street.

Thursday, 3:19 a.m. – Ashland police arrested a man on a warrant in the 100 block of East Main Street. He was lodged in jail.
