Ashland police reports, Sept. 6-7

Thursday, 12:28 p.m. — Ashland police responded to a report by a man who said he was sold a 2002 Subaru Outback under suspicious circumstances in the 1600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard.

Thursday, 1:38 p.m.— Ashland police cited a juvenile male for having alcohol and an open container in public in the 200 block of Water Street.

Thursday, 1:48 p.m. — Ashland police arrested and lodged a juvenile male at the Jackson County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear on an original DUII charge in the 200 block of Water Street.

Thursday, 2:24 p.m. — Ashland police responded to a report of intimidation and harassment in the 100 block of Ashland Area.

Thursday, 2:36 p.m. — Ashland police cited someone for prohibited smoking at the corner of Winburn Way and Nutley Street.

Thursday, 4:09 p.m. — Ashland police cited and released a man after stopping him for a traffic infraction and found him to be operating a vehicle with misdemeanor suspended driving privileges in the 300 block of Hersey Street. The man was set to appear in Jackson County Circuit Court for the criminal traffic offense.
