Brava! giving away opera tickets

Brava! Opera Theater is giving away free tickets on a first come-first serve basis to students for a performance of "Orpheus and Eurydice" on March 3 at the Camelot Theatre in Talent.

Students 21 and younger with ID who are interested in attending the show, which usually cost $15 for students and $30 for adults, should contact Mary Witt at mary@bravaopera.com.

Directed by Willene Gunn, with conductor Martin Majkut, Orpheus and Eurydice is based on the classic Greek myth of Orpheus, the hero who descends into Hades to rescue his beloved Eurydice from death.

Shows begin at 8 p.m. on March 3 and 4 and at 3 p.m. March 6.
