Evangelist Franklin Graham will appear at the Expo at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
His Decision America Pacific Northwest Tour will feature prayer and music from Grammy- and American Music Award-nominated artist Jeremy Camp. The event is free.
The Medford stop kicks off a seven-city tour in Oregon and Washington.
In a press release, Graham said the tour aims to create “an awakening across this country.”
“We need a spiritual revival ... . America is in trouble and needs prayer more than ever,” said Graham.
The son of the late evangelist Billy Graham, Franklin Graham is a Christian evangelist who frequently holds revival tours and offers political commentary. He is president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and of Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief organization.
Grandstand seating will be available at the Medford event. People can bring lawn chairs and blankets.
Following the event in Medford, the Graham tour will go to Bend and Portland, followed by Washington state stops in Richland, Spokane, Tacoma and Monroe.
Graham started Decision America in 2016 when he held events in all 50 state capitals. He continued the tour in 2017 by traveling to 11 cities in Tennessee and Texas, and earlier this summer took the tour to 10 cities in California.
