‘Call Mr. Robeson’

I met the actor who is coming to Ashland to put on this play next month. I met Tayo Aluko last year and spoke with him after attending one of his performances. This is an educational play about the life of Paul Robeson, who was denied his important work in the U.S. back in late 1949 for his political belief.

This is an educational play and is important history. I hope some of you will purchase tickets (brownpapertickets.com/event/3522582) and come see an excellent actor and singer perform. I am working hard these days promoting this play. My own father knew Paul Robeson, who now must be honored in the African American Museum in Washington, D.C. I write suggesting such.

Make it rain

All the officials holding the purse strings for the counties currently under these very unhealthy, very smoky skies ought to get together and purchase a rain package from weathermodification.com already.

It’s 2018, and we can make it rain, according to that website, so who’s down to give them a try?
