Oppose the pipeline

I moved down to the Rogue Valley from Portland three years ago, and it is the place I consider home. Over the past few months, I have been dedicating time to help fight against the pipeline proposed to come through Southern Oregon.

Countless hours have been spent calling residents, educating those who may not know about the pipeline and collecting signatures on petitions to fight against Jordan Cove. After spending time researching various businesses throughout the valley, such as Lithia Motors, Medford Fabrication and Rogue Valley Microdevices, I was shocked to find that so many are in support of this harmful project.

Not speaking out in opposition to this project is essentially the same as lending a hand in the building process; if the pipeline is approved to come through our valley, the environmental degradation that comes with it will affect not only residents of this area, but also the businesses that they depend on for sustenance. Please, use the platform that you have built for yourself as entrepreneurs to help to preserve and protect the beautiful area that we live in by speaking out against the pipeline.
