Touring behind its newest album, “Life in the City,” this Brooklyn-based, nine-piece ensemble will present its explosion of funk, alternative, rock, and R&B at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at the Historic Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. Progressive soul, rock and R&B artists Object Heavy will open the show. The Choir of Man
