Curtis Salgado: Soul and blues singer Curtis Salgado will perform at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, in Riverside Park, 304 E. Park St., Grants Pass. NPR calls Salgado “a blues icon” with a “huge voice.” His album, “The Beautiful Lowdown,” was released in 2016 on Alligator Records. His newest, “Rough Cut,” released this year, is a stripped-down acoustic album recorded with his band guitarist Alan Hager. Admission is free.
