Gourmet dinners are available at 6:30 p.m. for evening shows, and brunch is available at 11:30 a.m. for Saturday and Sunday matinees. Ticket prices do not include food or beverages.

CABARET CHRISTMAS: OCT's holiday production will include traditional holiday songs, hilarious parodies, favorites from past shows and lots of funny and touching original songs and sketches. Look for a tap-dancing Santa, an Eskimo tango and party-planning tips from the Minnesota Lutheran Ladies. The holiday fun will showcase performers Kymberli Colbourne, Christopher George Patterson, Meagan Iverson, Natasha Harris and Paul Wrona. Jim Giancarlo and Colbourne direct. Performances are set for 8 p.m. nightly, except Dec. 19, 24 and 25, through Saturday, Dec. 31. Matinees will be presented at 1 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, except Dec. 25. Tickets cost $35 for Friday and Saturday evenings, $25 for Sunday evenings, $31 for weeknights, $29 for Saturday and Sunday matinees and $16 for bistro seating.

NAUGHTY OR NICE? Oregon Cabaret Theatre will present late-night entertainment through December. Hear sweet and sassy mixes of pop, rock, R&B and jazz by such house favorites as Christopher George Patterson, Shaeny Johnson, Kymberli Colbourne, Natasha Harris and Paul Wrona, along with local performers Veronica DeWitt, Alonzo Moore, Mark Barsekian, Anjali Altman and jazz combo Tom Freeman, Paul Jenny, Carl Iverson and Jay Jorgensen. Shows are at 11 p.m. Thursdays, Dec. 15 and 22, and Friday, Dec. 23, at 9:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19. Tickets cost $15, $5 for students. A bistro menu and beverages will be available.

it's a jolly holiday: Robin Downward and his company of local performers will present traditional holiday tunes, a humorous reading of " 'Twas the Night Before Christmas" and a one-act version of Charles Dickens' classic, "A Christmas Carol," at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16; 1 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17; 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18; 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 21-22; and 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 23. In the spirit of the holiday, admission to all shows will be pay-what-you-want.
