AshLAnd Contemporary Theatre: ACT will host a fundraiser, "High Tea with Emily," featuring actor Barbara Zollinger reading selected scenes from William Luce's play, "The Belle of Amherst," from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, at the McCall House, 153 Oak St., Ashland. ASHLAND HIGH SCHOOL: "Noises Off," playwright Michael Frayn's farcical backstage comedy, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, Nov. 10-13, and Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 18-20, in the Mountain Avenue Theatre, 201 S. Mountain Ave., Ashland. The cast features Aurelia Grierson as Belinda Blair, Noah Yaconelli as Garry Lejeune, Pia Marchetti as Dotty Otley, Rachel Thornton as Poppy Norton-Taylor, Tay Smith as Lloyd Dallas, Eoghan McDowell as Tim Allgood, Uriel Wolfe-Blank as Frederick Fellowes, Rachel Kaiser as Brooke Ashton and Drew Starmer as Selsdon Mowbray. Designers are Doug Ham (set), Emily Ehrlich-Inget (costume) and Bart Grady (lighting). A matinee performance will be presented at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21. Kyle Haden directs.
