Ashland Hills Hotel Sold To BHG Hotel Group Of Lake Oswego

ASHLAND, Ore. — In a press release, the owner of the Ashland Hills hotel, the Neuman Hotel Group (NHG), announced that the hotel has been sold to BHG. This does not end the involvement of NHG who will continue to manage the hotel under hospitality management company COHO Services.

NHG has confirmed that the sale will not affect the momentum and reputation of the hotel, and the group can now thrive under the joint vision of COHO Services. The release indicates that they are committed to creating memorable experiences for guests while delivering exceptional hospitality. They see this sale as a good idea and are looking forward to moving ahead with the merger.

The deal unites three of Oregon’s local hospitality entities as COHO Services will also manage NHG’s Ashland Springs and Lithia Springs. The group intends to preserve and enhance coherence between the three hotels through consolidated management. In this arrangement, while sustaining the brand reputation that NHG has built up.
