GRANTS PASS, Ore. — The former corporate headquarters of drive-thru chain Dutch Bros in downtown Grants Pass has been donated by the company to the Oregon Center for Creative Learning, an organization that operates a preschool and children’s museum.
Building Donation To Ivy School
Monday’s announcement confirmed that the former HQ building of Dutch Bros in downtown Grants Pass was donated to the Oregon Center for Creative Learning which operates the Children’s Museum of Southern Oregon as well as eight preschools under the Ivy School name.
Dutch Bros valued their donation at $2.7 million. Dutch Bros’ chairman and co-founder, Travis Boersma said the donation that guarantees more children and families in Josephine County can have a compelling future through early childhood education and family activities.

Dutch Bros Corporate Offices Retained In Grants Pass
Operating over 900 drive-thrus in 18 states, Dutch Bros is one of Oregon’s biggest companies. The company moved many corporate jobs from southern Oregon to new offices near Phoenix, Arizona earlier this year.
Although Boersema still lives in Oregon, CEO Christine Barone works in Arizona. Dutch Bros indicated that their move to Arizona gave the company easier access to a big airport and brought it nearer to its fastest-growing markets, such as in Texas and other southern and southeastern states.
A corporate office will be retained in Grants Pass by the company and is situated on North Valley Drive, about six miles north of downtown.
The move from their downtown HQ to North Valley Drive took place earlier this summer, several months after many of the corporate functions were moved out of state.
The company did not disclose how many people work in Grants Pass or Arizona.
