Grants Pass Woman Arrested for Stabbing Husband After Hiding in Park Following Brutal Attack

GRANTS PASS, Ore. — A 39-year-old Grants Pass woman,  Allison Jenkins, has been arrested after allegedly stabbing her husband on Tuesday, April 8t, at about 2:18 p.m. in the 1400 block of East Park Street.

Grants Pass Police, responding to the report of the stabbing attack, indicated that Allison had fled the scene before they arrived.

Her husband was taken to Three Rivers Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries for treatment.

Police later found Allison hiding near the south end of Morrison Park. She was arrested and lodged at the Josephine County Jail on charges of Robbery 2 and Assault 2.

Grants Pass Police Major Crimes detectives have taken over the investigation.
