Josephine County Police Raid: Cave Junction Man Arrested At Illegal Grow Site

JOSEPHINE COUNTY, Ore. —  In a news release from the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, it was revealed that- armed with a search warrant, the Josephine Marijuana Enforcement Team (JMET) assisted by the Josephine County Public Health & Building Safety searched a grow site in the 3000 block of Rockydale Road.

More than 600 marijuana plants were found on the property, together with 30 processed pounds of marijuana, both of which were seized and destroyed. JMET also found 2 firearms, 75.4 grams of cocaine, 20.6 grams of methamphetamine, and two pounds of psilocybin mushrooms.

Police Arrest Man At Illegal Grow Site In Cave Junction

Aside from the illegal drugs and weapons, police discovered the property also had multiple electrical, water, and solid waste code violations. A 48-year-old man, Dian Mark Reynolds  was arrested on charges of:

  • Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
  • Unlawful Manufacturing of Marijuana
  • Unlawful Appropriation of Water

 

Other individuals on the property are also facing charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Cocaine, and Felon in Possession. Reynolds is currently housed in Josephine County Jail.
