Medford McAndrews Overpass Crash: 4 People Hospitalized and Road Closed

MEDFORD, Ore. — The Medford Police Department (MPD) indicated that the McAndrews overpass is closed between Court Street and Sage Road following a vehicle accident that resulted in serious injury. MPD said road conditions appear to have been a factor in the crash.

Following a crash in Medford on Saturday morning, the Medford Fire Department retrieved two people from one of the cars involved, and four people from both cars with injuries varying from minor to serious were taken to a local hospital.

While emergency crews respond, drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes and avoid the area. Drivers were also reminded to drive safely.
