Medford’s Riverside Avenue Reopens After Pedestrian Accident
MEDFORD, Ore. — A serious vehicle accident on Riverside Avenue led to the closure of the far-right lane of the road at 9th Street yesterday.
The Medford Police Department (MPD) confirmed that the crash on Riverside Street involved a pedestrian, and the section of the road was closed as emergency crews responded and police investigators worked on the scene.
MPD advised drivers to avoid the area but have subsequently indicated that Riverside Street has been reopened.
MPD has reminded drivers to drive safely and thanked the public for their cooperation. No further details have been released.
