Negasi Zuberi Wanted to Sire an Army of Children with Different Women

MEDFORD, Ore. — Accused r*pist and kidnapper, Negasi Zuberi (30), wanted to sire an army of children from different women in a plan he called “Operation Takeover.”

This evidence forms part of the prosecution’s case against Zuberi who they say wanted to create an army of children in a bunker compound. The prosecution pointed to land near Bonanza, Oregon, owned by Zuberi under an LLC.

Klamath Falls Kidnap Victim Says Zuberi Demanded She Licks His Entire Body

The bulk of yesterday’s testimony before Judge Michael McShane and 16 jurors in the Oregon District Court, Medford, was given by the 22-year-old alleged kidnap victim who described in detail her ordeal in Klamath Fall on May 5, 2023.

The court heard how, after kidnapping her from outside a Klamath Fall pub, Zuberi pistol-whipped, tasered, and beat her before r*ping her on several occasions vaginally and anally. He also demanded that she lick his entire body.

Zuberi identified himself to her as ‘Sakima’ and drove her to his home in Klamath Falls in his Honda Pilot. He r*ped her enroute after stopping alongside the road where he tasered her when she resisted.

The woman said she was handcuffed, placed into leg irons, and forced to perform or*l sex on Zuberi. She told the court that she conceded because she was frightened, and that Zuberi had a gun.

The woman, who worked at a Klamath Falls Mexican restaurant, was allegedly kidnapped outside Pikey Irish Pub where she drank one mixed drink and an energy drink. She had walked outside to find a friend for a lift to a nearby party.

Evidence is that Zuberi followed her from inside the pub and asked her for her name, birth date, and her sign of the Zodiac. She said the next thing she knew she was in his car.

The Frightened Woman ‘Peed’ Herself

She said Zuberi drove erratically and sometimes at high speed. When he stopped alongside the road, Zuberi got out of the car and walked around to the passenger side where he opened the door and tasered her when she resisted, punching her around the head. ‘I peed myself,’ she said.

The woman said she has scars on her ankles and wrists from the restraints that Zuberi used to keep her confined throughout her ordeal.

Zuberi allegedly fired a gunshot through the passenger window. He then made her wear a hooded sweatshirt backwards, before driving to his home and reversing into the garage.

After several r*pe encounters, one of which was videoed, the following day (May 6) Zuberi agreed to release her under threat of showing the sex tape to her family and friends.

Zuberi Offered Her $300 to Pay for What He Had Done

She was once again told to wear the hooded sweatshirt backward and Zuberi offered her $300 because, he told her, that he needed to pay for what he had done. She refused the offering.

During the four-hour-long testimony, the woman told how Klamath Falls police did not appear to take her story seriously until July 16, 2023, when Zuberi was arrested in Reno, Nevada, for an alleged second kidnapping.

Zuberi is accused of kidnapping two women – the Klamath Falls witness and a sex worker from Seattle, Washington. He is said to have sexually assaulted and imprisoned them in a cinder-block cell inside the garage of his Klamath Falls home that he rented from the local Mayor.

Zuberi Pleads Not Guilty – Says Sex Was Consensual

He is also facing charges of transportation for criminal sexual activity and attempted escape, two counts of felony-related weapons and ammunition charges. Zuberi has pleaded not guilty, telling his lawyers that the sex was consensual.

More than 500 exhibits have been submitted by federal prosecutors in the trial against Zuberi. Prosecutors have also submitted a list of at least 70 witnesses in the trial that is expected to continue through next week.
