A Portland Police Bureau officer was driving on Interstate 205 at around 5 p.m. on Monday in an unmarked car when he noticed the Camry weaving in its lane, almost hitting another car.

The officer pulled the car over, but after stopping, the driver reversed into the police car. In police body camera footage from the incident, the officer is seen pulling out his gun, getting out, and then back in his car. Before pursuing the Camry, the officer states on the radio, “It’s taken off.”

According to the officer, the Camry driver got out of his car and looked at the police car, but when the officer pulled out his gun, the driver jumped back into his car and drove away. Woster was arrested shortly thereafter by a Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office deputy who stopped the vehicle. The Police Bureau officer was uninjured.

Portland police indicated that Woster was booked into Clackamas County Jail on allegations of DUII and reckless driving.
