Oregon State Parks 2025 Fee Increases Now In Effect
Fee increases approved in 2025 have come into effect at Oregon state parks. Visitors will pay more for day-use parking and overnight camping, but generous discounts still apply.
Camping Fees At Oregon State Parks
2025 Oregon State Parks reservation rates have been increased. Camping rates range between $17 and $38 per night, depending on the season and site, and have increased as follows:
Tent sites (including horse tent sites and group sites) and primitive sites (including overflow, fly-in, and walk-in sites): $3 increase
- Cabins and yurts: $5 increase
- RV sites: $4 increase
- Miscellaneous sites (including tipis, meeting halls, and other facilities): $2 increase
The out-of-state visitor surcharge, which currently only applies to RV sites, will be extended to July 1, when visitors will pay a 25% surcharge on all camping sites.
Parking Fees At Oregon State Parks
While 230 of the state park sites do not currently have day-use fees, a recent rule change allows the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department to change which parks may charge for parking.
At the 25 parks that charge parking fees, day-use parking fees have increased from $5 to $10 per vehicle.
Annual parking permits, which are valid for all state park sites, have not increased. They are still $30 for one year and $50 for two years.
