He says ‘companies that prioritize well-being, career growth, and financial security’ create the best environment for employees to feel motivated and valued, ‘fostering long-term loyalty’ and creating a workplace where people are genuinely interested in growing their careers.

 

Nike’s Philosophy is About Work-Play Balance

As Oregon’s top company, Nike’s philosophy is all about a balance between working hard and playing well.

Employees are given generous paid time off, ‘recovery days’ to recharge their batteries, flexible schedules, extra holidays, and sabbaticals for long-timers.
