Roseburg Duo Busted with Nearly 30 Grams of Meth in Alleged Drug Deal
ROSEBURG, Ore. — Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team (DINT) arrested two people in Roseburg in what appears to be a methamphetamine sale on Thursday evening.
30-year-old Tyler Michael Jordan of Roseburg and 46-year-old Dawn Marie Boyce of Coos Bay were found with almost 30 grams of the substance between them after being pulled over.
Information indicating that Jordan would be in the location of NE Cedar Street, Roseburg, with the intent to sell methamphetamine led DINT and Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) officers to the area, where they found Jordan in the passenger seat of a vehicle driven by Boyce at a traffic stop.
Jordan had approximately 18.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, while about 9.7 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a digital scale, and clear baggies consistent with the presumed delivery and distribution of controlled substances were found on Boyce.
The pair were arrested and lodged at the Douglas County Jail. Jordan faces charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, and a Parole Violation.
In contrast, Boyce’s charges are Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine.
