Severence Season 2: Lumon Employees Return To Work As Horror Returns To The Screen

A teaser for ‘Severance’ season 2 has been released, giving a glimpse of what workers at Lumon can expect in the highly anticipated Apple TV+ second season which debuts on  January 17. Like many other tech companies, Lumon Industries is instituting a return-to-office policy.

Severance Season 2 Trailer Released

Following the successful first season of the sci-fi workplace thriller which premiered in February 2022, the second season was delayed due to the writer’s and actors’ strikes and creative disputes.

But the Apple TV+ series is now set for release early next year and a trailer for the next season’s 10 episodes was released.

After exposing his “innie” to the outside world,  and finding out that that his wife- who he thought died in a car accident, is actually alive, Adam Scott’s Mark S. returns to the Lumon office to see his ‘dead” wife, wellness counselor Ms. Casey.

Things get stranger as he ends a frantic dash down the stark-white hallways to find three unfamiliar Lumon employees at the desks of Helly (Britt Lower), and Dylan (Zach Cherry). Mark’s face looks back at him on balloons held by his creepy manager Milchick (Tramell Tillman) as he is welcomed back to the office.

Long Awaited ‘Severence’ Season 2 Coming Soon

After season 1 ended on an excruciating cliffhanger, Severance season 2 continues to follow a group of workers at the peculiar Lumon corporation after their work and home lives were severed by an experimental medical procedure.

Aside from Scott, stars Patricia Arquette and Christopher Walken return to the series with Jen Tullock, Dichen Lachman, and Michael Chernus. The second season cast includes newcomers, Sarah Bock, Gwendoline Christie, John Noble, Alia Shawkat, Robby Benson, Bob Balaban, Stefano Carannante, Merritt Wever, and Ólafur Darri.

Created by Dan Erickson, who co-executive produces with director Ben Stiller, Scott, John Lesher, and six others, Arquette produces on Season 2, in the Fifth Season (formerly Endeavor Content) studio.

‘Severance’ season 2’s 10 episodes stream on Apple TV Plus from January 17th.
