As efforts continue to build the ice surface, the ice is not yet ready for skating activities. Officials indicated that the conditions on Saturday did not meet safety standards.

As staff continued to work on the ice, they suggested that they would try to open on Sunday, November 24, but this would only happen if conditions improved.
